Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the DoeShows website, private personal-media membership service, account-management tools, request system, technical support, and related services (“Service”). By registering, purchasing a membership, beginning a free trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for using the Service lawfully.

2. The Service

DoeShows provides invited members with access to a private personal-media service, account-management tools, title-request tools, onboarding assistance, and technical support through third-party platforms. Availability, selection, quality, compatibility, and performance may change. No particular title, feature, format, resolution, device, application, or request is guaranteed.

DoeShows is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Plex, Stripe, or another third-party platform unless expressly stated.

3. Accounts and Access

Provide accurate account and billing information. Credentials are personal and may not be sold, transferred, published, or improperly shared. DoeShows may reasonably limit devices, simultaneous streams, users, locations, or connections for security, performance, and fair use.

4. Free Trial

Eligible new customers may receive a seven-day trial. Unless canceled before it expires, the disclosed monthly price will be charged and renew monthly until canceled. Trials may be limited to one per person, household, payment method, or account.

5. Fees and Renewal

The standard monthly support membership is $25 unless another price is clearly disclosed. Recurring contributions help cover operation, storage, maintenance, bandwidth, and member support. They are membership payments, not charitable or tax-deductible donations. You authorize DoeShows and Stripe to charge your payment method after the trial and at each monthly renewal.

6. Payment Failures

You must maintain a valid payment method. Failed charges may be retried, and access may be paused or terminated while past due.

7. Cancellation

Cancel at billing.doesshows.com. Unless otherwise disclosed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund completed charges.

8. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are nonrefundable. Refunds ordinarily are not provided for partial periods, unused time, failure to cancel, incompatibility, temporary interruptions, unfulfilled requests, or suspension for violating these Terms.

9. Title Requests

Requests may be submitted at requests.doesshows.com. A request does not guarantee acquisition, retention, availability, or timing and may be declined for availability, technical, cost, storage, rights, security, or operational reasons.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not resell access; improperly share credentials; copy, record, rebroadcast, or redistribute material without authorization; circumvent restrictions; attack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service; submit fraudulent payments; use the Service unlawfully; or infringe third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party software, payment processors, applications, internet providers, and hosting platforms governed by their own terms. DoeShows does not control their changes or outages. Stripe processes payments; DoeShows does not directly store complete card numbers.

12. Intellectual Property

DoeShows original website materials belong to DoeShows or its licensors. Membership grants only a personal, nontransferable, revocable right to access the Service while active. Third-party names, software, titles, artwork, and trademarks remain their owners’ property.

13. Privacy and Communications

DoeShows may collect information reasonably necessary to operate the Service, including contact information, membership status, requests, support communications, device information, access logs, and limited billing information from Stripe. You agree to necessary account and billing communications.

14. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, fraud, chargeback abuse, credential misuse, security threats, disruptive use, Terms violations, suspected unlawful activity, platform requirements, or service discontinuation.

15. Availability and Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” DoeShows does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device or network.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoeShows is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

17. Changes

DoeShows may update these Terms for operational, legal, security, pricing, or service changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ohio law. Disputes not subject to a legally required venue will be brought in a court with jurisdiction over Butler County, Ohio.
